Timing:
Refills must be scheduled within 3 weeks of your previous appointment. Any bookings made after 3 weeks will be charged as a full set.

Lash Retention:
To qualify for a refill, at least 40% of your lash extensions must be intact. If less than 40% remains, a full set will be required and charged.

Clients arriving 15 minutes late will be charged a $10 late fee.
Appointments will be cancelled after 30 minutes, and to reschedule, clients must pay:

• 50% deposit of the missed appointment cost, plus

• A $30 no-show fee

Please note: refill appointments do not require a deposit. In this case, the $30 no-show fee will be added to your next appointment or must be sent via e-transfer. The 50% rebooking fee will be deducted from the new appointment cost.

Cancellation & Rescheduling (Within 48 Hours):
Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a $15 fee.

Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows:
Same-day cancellations will result in a rebooking deposit equal to 50% of the scheduled service.

A $30 no-show fee will be added if you fail to show up with no communication.

Mini fills are 30-minute touch-ups meant to freshen up your set before events. They:

• Must be booked within 8 days of your last appointment

• Cannot be booked back-to-back

• Are not a substitute for a regular refill

At NaughtyyLash, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you experience excessive shedding or any issues with your lash set, please contact us within 3 days of your appointment. We will be happy to assess and provide a complimentary touch-up if necessary.

Note: This assurance does not cover improper aftercare or issues resulting from external factors (e.g.picking or pulling at the lashes, wearing mascara or use of lash curler, etc).
